Booking Terms and Conditions for above rate card.
1. Cabs with suitable luggage for 9 MAX allowed
2. Rental service assured only if Minimum 3-4 days prior booking done
3. One day is one calendar day (12am – 11:59pm)
4. Final Quotation and Booking process will be sent on WhatsApp or email
5. Moulded Glass – AC coach only | NON AC not allowed.
6. KMS will be from Garrage to Garrage
7. Night driving allowance Rs 600 extra in-case of driving between 10 PM – 6AM or Before 6AM
8. Tariff includes rental and fuel cost. Parking and Toll charges extra as per perks.
9. Minimum 300km per Day Extra charge as above After 300 kms. Overall days rented will be calculated
10. Toll gate, parking and Interstate tax will be extra and should be borne by the customer
11. Trip will always be billed as roundtrip for Luxury travellers and other vehicles as well.
12. Booking Conformation advance payment 20% of quotation.
13. If in case you want to cancel booking NO REFUND will be provided but you can use in 90 days.
