1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a advance payment (typically 25-50% of the total estimated fare). The balance amount must be paid at the start of the journey or as agreed upon. Bookings made via WhatsApp or phone call are considered valid once the advance is received.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted per kilometre and include fuel, driver salary, and vehicle rental. Tolls, parking fees, state entry taxes, and interstate permits are charged extra as per actuals. Driver allowance (batta) is charged separately: ₹400-600/day for cars and tempo travellers, ₹800-1000/day for luxury buses. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The final quote shared on WhatsApp is binding for 48 hours.

3. Usage Policy

Minimum distance: 300 km per day for outstation trips. Local trips within Bangalore have an 8-hour / 80 km minimum.
Driver duty hours: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Overtime charged at applicable rates beyond these hours.
Night halt: ₹1,000 is charged if the driver is required to stay overnight at the destination.
AC usage: AC is included and will run for the duration of the trip. AC may be turned off in hilly regions as per traffic regulations.

4. Cancellation Policy

48+ hours before trip: 80% refund of advance payment.
24-48 hours before trip: 50% refund of advance payment.
Less than 24 hours: No refund.
Cancellations must be communicated via WhatsApp or phone call. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Vehicle Substitution

Khushi Travels owns a 100% fleet and guarantees the vehicle you book is the vehicle you receive. In the rare case of a mechanical breakdown, we reserve the right to provide an equivalent or superior vehicle at no extra cost.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings during the journey. Khushi Travels is not liable for any loss or damage to luggage or personal items. Customers must not ask drivers to violate traffic rules. Any fines incurred due to customer actions shall be borne by the customer.

7. Liability

Khushi Tours And Travels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, roadblocks, vehicle breakdowns, or any other force majeure events. We will make every effort to minimise inconvenience, but no compensation will be provided for such delays.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
